MyLot

MyLot is an online community that is made up of forums. There is a different forum for every topic or interest and there are many, many threads to respond to, and you can start you're own threads as well.
Here's how it works:

You sign up. Then you add your interests in the different sections (hobbies, movies i recommend watching, music, etc.). Now, on your toolbar (on the left) you have little thumbnails with a picture corresponding to your interest. You click on it and it brings you to the topic's forum. Here you can go to threads (discussions) as well as start your own.

You get paid whenever you post a reply, whenever someone posts on one of your discussions, as well as when you post pictures onto the site.

When you refer someone to the site (they sign up with your unique referral link), you get a bonus of 25% of their earnings.

No one knows the complex algorithm they use to calculate earnings, but it depends on the quality of your post; whether it encourages others to respond, directly or not.
